Imo team captains would be a good idea, b/c it means there's someone to organise the many ideas from team members, rather than everyone just talking amongst themselves with no place for all the idea's to go, which would elad to someone ending up out of the loop.

I suggest making a seperate thread for this idea. As for team captains, there should be qualified nominations because lots of people who are not really capable of the job will put themselves up there.
