If it came to strength vs strength, Batman would win, just because Batman weight lifts regularly. As for martial arts, Daredevil has been trained in various forms of martial arts by Stick - A Martial Arts Master who taught many heroes in Marvel, and other friends of Stick's. He also had learned styles as well in fights with Ninjas, sparring with Captain America, who is about as top of the line as you can go. Daredevil has the advantage, with night and blindfighting. He holds no restrictions. He also can detect combat moves with his senses too. It would be a tough fight. as far as stamina and pure stubborness, they both may be fighting for a looooong time. Batman does have the utility belt...but the batman I knew, unless in a hurry, would use the utility belt as the very last resort. Its not a challenge when you have to hide behind gadgets.... Any coward or fool can do that...Anyone remember Joker? -fits tha bill in the fool department, as well as user of gadgets over pure brawn.
