Powers: Mind Power- Ricardo has a very advanced mental power. He can control the thought of another, and can even cause massive pressure within the head of another, as well as controlling the persons motion. He can also predict 30 minutes into the future and can lift things with his mind. However, he is still in process of mastering the technique. This power has been with him since birth.
Card Capture- He has learned the technique of Carp capturing. Whatever card he draws, the power goes accordingly to what it says. Their are many different types of cards with different attacks. The results never vary.

Story: Ricardo lived a normal life his entire life without any problem. He was actually born with a special power with no known cause. However, he never told his parents of this power as his intelligence was in the same level of a professor at the age of 6. He however, never took school so seriously but tends to do his work normally. When he can and when he can't. He is however, a popular guy at school, known for getting all the girls (Mind control).
He currently works along with high governors who admire his ideas and seek his approval along with his acumen on predictions according to certain decisions that are thought up and how Ricardo can give crucial information upon the readings he has made within the minds of criminal tacticians.

She has had plans to pretend being part of either Planitia Libertine, or G.O.D.Z! 9, but given the great minds in each one of the two organizations, she didn't want to risk being exposed for what she was. She instead has decided to keep her distance from the greater members of each order. Her true form is one she never shows when you are watching, while her most common one is one you would never suspect. Most know her as the innocent, youthful, clumsy cameraman Liza Smith. Few know her as the twisted, thirsty succubus Mandy Marvel. Ritualist: Mandy has a magical nature, a mystical origin. She knows magic in it's most ancient, most mystical form. What people she kills, she does in their sleep or during any type of unconscious state. The only times she resort to actual violence, is when she is cornered and forced to action. She will take any lengths of action in order to keep her in-human nature secret. If forced into combat, she'll use her shapeshifting in an utmost perfect manner to defeat her opponent. She masters no combat art, much rather relying on her other talents. Gadgets/weapons: In her daily life, she carries around a sportsbag which contains various cameraman necessities as well as other useful items. She often works in the news studio, but is sometimes assigned to go out with reporters and record on the field. Appearance: While the pictures explains quite clearly her appearance, a few notes could be made. She always goes with a female form, and next to never use any other form beyond her standard one and that of Liza Smith. In her true form, she has small wings on her back, a long and slim tail, and horns on her head. As Liza, she has bright purple hair and powerful purple eyes. Her personality can shift from character to character, but you rarely see her without a smile on her face. Favorite Food: Hamburger Hobby: She feasts on the essence of men, taking great satisfaction in taking their life in their sleep. She is also fascinated and loves tinkering with human devicing, and became a cameraman because she loves to look at the world from the perspective of the camera, and loves to look at her own perspective from a different angle once she watches her own recordings on the TV. She loves to flirt with men, and she hates women and especially when they appear to be flirting with a potential prey. She gets jealous very easily, even if she doesn't know the man. She refrain from violence until the point where she is done lurking and strikes down her prey.
However, when she is in the role of Liza her personality is shifting in order to keep her two characters seperate. She's the clumsy, shy girl who has a hard time turning an offer down. She express insecurity and when a man is looking her way, she often shift her gaze and stares at the wall or floor, working hard to stay away from eye contact. Biography: Mandy began counting her age when she was cast into the mortal realm by her brother. Not until then did she exist in the realm of time, so while she in truth can be considered a lot older than 39, she isn't really. While her brother did what he did as a cruel joke, it didn't take long for Mandy to grow a liking for the human world and the essence of man. As time moved on, her thirst for essence was quenched and she began focusing more on a life as a human than the life as a succubus.
Around her 35th human birthday, she would come to call herself human more often than succubus, and her nature she would almost reject often. She would still, and future years to come, hunt, but not to the extent expected of her.
She has built a mighty chain for a social life. She has a lot of human friends, and is invited to the regular cooperation parties. She isn't the hip girl in the crowd, but more the person people go to when they want to take things easy and do some casual talking.
