Marv from Sin city? Well then Ozy wins. Ozy was able to run cicrcles around 2 other crime fighters who either one could take down dozen thugs no problem.
Marv showed that he could not handle speed. Not sure if Ozy and Elijah wood are the same but Marv was being owned by Elijah until he was handcuffed together and MArv had prep.
Anyway.. I think ozy would be able to dodge most of marv's attacks I also don't think the strength difference is that large. 8/10 Ozy
