He has a 12th level intellect.

That should be a major obstacle for any telepath.

If you need an MU example; Reed stretched his brain and was able to operate Cerebro.

An enhanced intellect should surpass or at least equal telepathy at some point.

Anybody and his mother can operate Cerebro. Juggernaut or Cyclops can do that much...

You're missing the point.

Xavier operates Cerebro with the power of his brain only.

Reed having no prioe knowledge or access to Cerebro was put in the same position of having to use only his brain power.

He stretched his brain thereby increasing its power.

I would think that a 12th level intellect should be at least on that level and could combat Xavier's tactics.

Its like TAO when he is attacking people with his intellect.

Also, can Brainiac strech his brain as Richards?
And how he is going to "attack with his intellect"?

You missed his points. He is saying that Reed expanded his brain, but Braniac might not have to

Duh. Nobody has to. I don't know why did he brought that up at all, and was hoping for some relevence of Richards' strechy brain to topic.
And intellect has no relation whatsoever to brainwaves intensity.
