Wentar leaps into action! The concealment of his presence gives him the advantage of surprise as he leaps down from a walkway and sweeps his lightsaber through one of the lesser assassins. It gives a shout of surprise but is cut short as your lightsaber splits him cleanly, ignoring his armor.
The Assassin and his lesser assassins snap up their blaster rifles in your direction- the patented bullpup configuration, scopes and flash dampeners and all- but hold their fire.
"I am disappointed, Jedi," the Assassin says, keeping his blaster trained on you. "I offered you a chance to walk away last time, and you repay my kindness by murdering one of my men."

Thinking back Wentar can see that thinks start to make sense. The Senators unwillingness to investigate his attackers, his obsession with the Kylugo Srum, Emso's information about Farl misleading the Commission, even Farl's insistence that Wentar senselessly kill his attackers instead of question them.
But now Wentar has a dilemma, as a Jedi he can't just hand over a Senator to people who want him dead, as a person Wentar wont willingly hand over someone if he knows they'll be murdered regardless of what they've done, but morally, if they're telling the truth, Farl can't just be 'let go'.
"Lets say I believe you..." Wentar starts cautiously. "What would you do to him? Just simply kill him off?"

Oh, now that hits Wentar hard. Hard enough that he actually steps backwards.
Blowing a force point on Scan here, just to cover all the bases.
"I- I can't let you kill him," Wentar says hesitantly. "It would be against everything I stand for... How would he be selling his people? Triskatan is too close to the core for people not to notice anything."

The Assassin is telling the truth about Farl. You sense the apparent in that he wants you to forfeit and go... but he is nervous that you will stay.
"It can be done," the Assassin says. "Check up on missing person reports for Triskatan, you will find a handful of unusual files that law enforcement has not touched for investigation. Do you see the homeless or the impoverished often on Triskatan? I don't. That's because they're not here."

Wentar lets out a long sigh, bowing his head and closes his eyes, hating himself for what he is about to do.
"I'm sorry," he says softly, looking up, struggling to remain composed. "But I cannot allow you to kill this man."
He twirls his lightsaber once and prepares himself for the upcoming fight.
