while the j-warp may have had the potential to spread throughout all realities, at the end of the day it only warped a single universe. the c-wave, on the other hand, affected the entire omniverse.

ie. one of them is infinitely greater than the other.

I'll go CW here also.

It actually did what was only suggested of Jaspers.

thumb up 'Cause Genis is da bestest.

I'm actually hesitant to say that the Chaos Wave takes it. Yes, it effected more than MJJ's warp did. However, Genis disrupted it. Jamie disrupted it. And Meggen almost stopped it.

There was no wiggle room with MJJ's warp. So by feats, I'm forced to say Chaos Wave. But...I'm not entirely comfortable with that decision, lol.

Truth buddy. Jaspers had full control of his warp also, whereas Wanda had zero control of the CW.

I'd say draw.

Given more time the Jasper's Warp would have had the same effects, if not worse, on the omniverse. The Chaos Wave was inadvertent and the cascade effect wasn't defended against until it had already done major damage. It's not a fair comparison.

MJJ's warp only englulfed the 616 Reality
because he was stopped by his personal plot device (the Fury)
before it could take over the Omniverse.
Now had Fury failed, creation would've been the Jaspers Omniverse,
this is a fact, as witnessed by Cobweb in a future where he wasn't stopped by Fury,
and as further corroborated by Matrix/Merlin
who literally stated this would be the dark result.

Genis and Jamie disrupted it?

HOM is one of my memorized arcs,
I never read this anywhere.

The only significance involving Jamie & Genis concerning HOM,
is that Wanda boosted Genis' potential
to the point that he blinked the Universe in/out of existence,
and Jamie helped manipulate the hault of the C-Wave,
before it came back to 616 to wreck the last remaining reality.
Jamie himself did nothing under his own power to disrupt/stop the Wave,
but he did put the heroes in place that did stop the wave pissingly so.

As for Meggan,
she merged with the power of the Beyonders plus Otherworld,
and still got avalanched over by the C-wave,
now, to her credit (well all the awesome power that was within her at the moment)
she did manage to slow down the C-wave for literally a moment,
but the Wave quickly crashed right through her like I said.

I agree for the most part true debater,
but Wanda was fueling the Wave, (subconsciously at first)
that's a fact.

Wanda did have absolute control of the Wave at the end as we both know,
because it was she who reverted the Wave back to its origin point, (herself)
when she softly spoke those 3 famous words (no more mutants)
we know she had control because she specifically targeted 90% of the mutant gene
across all Timelines,
not to mention she put the Omniverse back together again with said thought.

I agree.

Although, I would say Wanda was the more powerful character,
due to the fact that she literally brought Jaspers himself back to life,
she was also able to shed her power across all creation in an instant,
while Jaspers, unbeatable by anyone save the Fury,
did need atleast some time before affecting all creation.

Then again, does it matter?

Perhaps not,
because Merlin had power over all creation as well,
and his power got stomped by 238 Jaspers,
the far weaker version.

So go figure.

Yea, MJJ seems to be underestimated by the usual suspects.

btw. That "one" Universe Jaspers took over,
just happens to be the 616 Reality.

Which happens to be the foundation of the Omniverse,
where Eternity's core is situated,
where the force behind the death and birth of all Universes is,
basically Eternity's full power.

But meh, just another fact that gets overlooked. smile

I guess you're right concerning Genis affecting the wave. However, I'm pretty positive Wanda did nothing to boost his power or potential. He sensed that the universe he was in wasn't right (because of his CA), and when he touched Flashback (or Timestop, whatever that villain's name was), that's when he realized what it all meant and allowed him to unlock everything. There was nothing about Wanda's power boosting him or his power being a result of her warp. 616 Genis was HoM Genis, IMO, because of his cosmic awareness allowing him to merge his memories, etc, of the other him.

I had said that Genis disrupted the wave because Genis had enough power to collapse and restart Wanda's universe, which was a result of her Chaos Wave and reality warp. However, I guess since the Chaos Wave had already passed through, it really had nothing to do with it. So, my bad on that.

Forgot about Meggan merging with the Beyonders. Knew about Otherworld, though. Those powers combined < Chaos Wave is real impressive.

Cool, you got most of the story right,
but Wanda did boost Genis' potential,
just like she boosted many heroes' powers in HOM,
in fact,
she was literally giving them their dreams on a reality altering platter.

Before HOM,
Genis never in his entire existence,
displayed Universal influence like he did in HOM,
which was obviously due to Wanda.

I have to work out now,
but I'll post all the relevant scans afterwards.

Well, she was mighty indeed,
but still not > CW,.

The CW ran through her like a hot knife through butter,
well, stiff butter, but butter nonetheless.
