Depends. When the series initially started, Wildstorm still belonged to Image. I think two issues in (it ran for 13 issues IIRC) Wildstorm got sold to DC. Currently, the Wildstorm Universe is called Earth-50 in the mainstream DC 52 scheme. But this was before Infinite Crisis.
Then again, back then hypertime was still definitely a possibility, so an infinite multiverse for Wildstorm isn't out of the question. The scans I've posted all occured after issue 3, when DC owned WS. So it's the DC omniverse.

Incorrect. Hypertime is still active. And DC does have an infinite multiverse. Also, were those scans pre or post Infinite Crisis?

Hypertime was generally used back then and before Didio claimed DC wouldn't use it anymore, so it's more plausible that it was used in that arc than it would be now.
Also, how was I incorrect when I never said that hypertime wasn't in use now?
Scans are pre-IC.
