Mr.Freeze, Poison Ivy & Bane

In the movie Batman & Robin .. Mr.Freeze is the most powerful villain, the god .. If no exist Mr.Freeze .. Who is the God? who is more powerfull? who is the villain superior? Poison Ivy or Bane?

Batman did take Freeze out with one drop kick fly thing??? In the movie. Freeze just seem to get stronger after getting sent to prison.

Oh yeah he is also part vampire because his other weakness is sunlight.
