Not at all. Yoda was anything but weak minded and he was fooled. Palpatine is second only to Mephistopheles in what he does.

I meant movie Galactus, lol. Of course comics Galactus would win.

Pretty much Mephisto himself. You could call him His Infernal Majesty, but that has never been confirmed mostly because of the audience. The Sith's negative emotions would just empower HIM even more.
