The heavens ladder feat is extremely impressive but i dont think its in the same vein as the surfer and cable feat. The surfer and cable feat was an example of him rapidly manipulating the molecules of another substance while kyles was more of him using his green plasma constructs to replace the missing parts of the ship. He didnt actually apply direct mater manip to it.

Planetary Matter Manipulation.
Planet OA, is completely reconstructed to its former glory. That is a massive matter manipulation feat, because it not just mass teraforming taking place. But celestial technology (from the Guardian’s ) and life (at least planet life) is completely restored.
This is a feat that showcases the acuteness of surfers senses. Here he instantly senses the sudden appearance of subatomic particles and a shift in the pattern of space which ends up being a space ship porting in through a warp hole. In other words trying to surprise surfer using teleportation or othwerwise is pretty futile.
This shows how surfer matches up against other impressive telepaths. The creature that surfer is fighting here is a high level telepath that was able to easily break down the strong mental defenses of Nova prime richard rider. This is another impressive one that shows great psychic skill, Here surfer begins to erase tenebraes consciousness. Note that the only reason he doesnt finish is because he holds back. Here is a feat i found that is in the same vein as this one but more complex and a wider range.
Here the cosmic messiah who is a clone with surfers powers transforms first surfer and thing and then every living thing on the entire planet into their basest energy form on the quantum level in which they exist as mere wave patterns.
Surfer is capable of the same (obviously since his powers were what was used to accomplish it) and came very close to doing this to Tenebrae in battle but then held back. Still if ever bloodlusted this shows how deadly surfer can be.

Rookie Hal (a week or so after getting the ring) falls prey to the psychic abilities of the monstruous Hector Hammond. However Sinestro, a veteran Lantern, makes it clear that a Green Lantern should never have any such trouble with a psychic.
After himself being directly taken over by one of the Demons Three (Using a yellow smoke of some kind, circumventing his defenses) Hal takes control of his fellow Justice Leaguers and forces them to fight against their will.
When Sonar uses his sonic abilities to affect Hal’s mind causing illusions, Hal uses his ring to undo the illusionary attack, making himself immune to the effects.
Hal first protects himself from Hector Hammond’s powers completely. Then allows him into his mind so that he can experience some of his memories, then FORCES him out of his mind, then uses his ring to reactivate his pain centers, then beats him up real good.
Hal’s ring surrounds Superman and the entire Justice League in a special Aura that protects them against the mental manipulations of the Shark. If it can do that to just any ole person, imagine the protection Hal himself has…?

lol i actually really enjoyed that story. another unique thing to a lantern--kyle created (subconsciously) other lanterns, of staggering power: a daxamite lantern, a manhunter lantern, a speedforce wielding lantern among them. each was so completely created he didn't KNOW he made them and each thought they lived full and complete lives. i don't have the scans anymore, but someone may--the story was told in circle of fire. i always found that feat completely amazing.
