i think you're exaggerating MoD a bit.

anyhow, extant created a universe [which threatened to overtake the multiverse if left unchecked,] from scratch. he created every life form within that universe, from scratch. as dr. fate said, extant was, for all intents and purposes, 'god'.

and all he accomplished was done with an incomplete worlogog, btw.
