 White Crown Phoeix of the Crown Vs...

Ok two battles

battle 1: WPOC Vs Galactus FP w/all of his heralds(fallen one, Fire lord, Silver Surfer, Nova, Red Shift, Air walker, Stardust, Human Torch, Terrax, Morg and the Destroyer)

battle 2: WPOC Vs Galactus FP w/the UN(would Phoenix survive the UN????)

edit: hmm made an error.. the tite is supposed to be the White Phoenix of the Crown Vs.

Actually it can destroy the Multi verse if Galactus or someone close to his power level uses it.
If not then why would Multi-Eternity beg Abraxas?
