Well, regular Hulk once held his ground against the Surfer so WWH Hulk could. Ghost Rider could just kill Carnage's symbiote with fire and then help Hulk take down Surfer.

no, he certainly isn't. be interesting to see the effect of the penance stare on norrin though. that type of attack would likley take ss out. he has trouble enough with his guilt.
