When they see each other, you know full well Mac is gonna open fire without hesitation. The HK will be emptied in less than 3-4 seconds. Deadeye that Mac is, several slugs will penetrate Batmans armor and into his flesh. Batman is badass, but he is just a mortal man, the slugs that enter his body will surely incapacitate him or more likely kill him.
Honestly, I cant remember Batman taking several bullets INTO his flesh and going on.

Once again. Batman KNOWS he is going into a hostile area with Automatic weapons. He will go heavy with the body armor at his chest. so unless its a head shot then he wont die. And like said earlier, Batman WILL get a few slugs in his body but he will still win.
Wait ona second, now you are altering his armor? Thats against forum rules, you know. You cant go changing someones armor or weaponry like that.
But OK, I'll play. McClane loads cop killers into his HK, every one of them goes through Batman's armor AND Batman.

These threads are about movie feats, matching up two combatants, judging their strengths and weaknesses, then debating a winner.
Judging by movie feats alone, Batman is swiss cheese here. He typically goes up against half trained idiots who are armed with handguns. He has never, not once, gone up against a hoss like McClane who is armed with a submachine gun. Do the math.

I did do the math, and your view of it is cute, thank you for it. However, it's all how you see it. You can argue that what you say is law all you want till the cows come home, but I see things differently. Regardless of how bad ass McClane is with a few guns, I think he'll get lucky with a few shots, nothing killshot worthy since Batman is pretty much a jumpy, ninja character of fiction who's stealth skills make AIDS in the porno industry look like the black plague. Not sure how that anology came about, but with feats I saw Batman do, I can't see hi losing. Getting his ass kicked and holed up, yeah, probably. Not getting killed though, sorry. Now convince away.
Yet you think McClane is gonna wait and fire after Batman has taken cover.

Batman can jump around all day and night, we all know what happens when McClane faces dudes who jump around like squirrels. They end up dead.
Law? I am simply saying that McClane will unload on Batman before Batman has a chance to employ stealth.
If you read a coupla pages back you will see that I stated this thread is impossible to make even. If Batman is using stealth from the get go, you know, without McClane ever knowing he's there, then Batman wins easily. If McClane sees Batman at the start of the thread, then McClane wins easily. very little grey area here.
