Can someone educate me on ST? I was wondering how is he just as effective or still good enough to handle someone like Surfer in space. I'm not saying he loses, but I'm just wondering how he is able to fight in space.

regardless of the battle location, swamp thing's more exotic abilities [ie. soul tampering, ability to manifest any type of plant life, dimensional BFR's, TP, etc.] would still be quite functional.
