I haven't seen a Black Lantern do anything beyond Thanos' abilities yet, or even close to be honest, so I can only assume that this is Thanos vs. DC Earth, albeit with a morbid twist.
As such I think he loses. That many heroes beats him unless he's got a plan beforehand. But in a "they just fight" scenario, I think he loses, black ring or not.
