Or one of them does 1 and then the other does 2 and so on?

1- Both can do it, but Blade have trouble at Frank, Shiva, Elektra and DareDevil. I see Deathstroke having more trouble at Taskmaster.
2- I don't know for Deathstroke, but Blade get stomped at Taskmaster
