This fight is going to be interesting. Bullseye has two sai's, and 10 small throwing daggers. Blade has a katana, 2 bowie knives, and 8 nano-point silver spikes for weapons.

Blade can Katana-deflect the thrown projectiles well enough, id say he takes a solid majority for his physical and skill prowess, especially with his favoured weapon. Id say bullseye would have a harder time dodgeing the accurate shit Blade chucks around tbh. Id say Blade was quicker on the draw too.
