Yeah, Martian Manhunter who knows about his helmet and his psionic weakness?

Decay can easily take out Batman

Bedlam can go head up against MM with her mental powers, or control the minds of the other JLAers

Tempest can't be beat by any of them.

Juggs is the strongest one there, speedblitz isn't even an option with him, since he won't be effected by any of them.

Tempest is intangible, basically wind that looks like a human, there's really nothing any of them can do, except maybe Flash trying to disperse her, but she'll just reform.
