Spiderman & Batman Return of the Sinister 12

12 of Spiderman and Batman's enemies come together to take them down.
Leaders: Doc Ock & The Joker
Joker, Bane, Mr. Freeze, Clayface, Killer Croc, Man-Bat,
Green Goblin, Venom, Electro, Doc Ock, Mysterio & Sandman
The Black Cat and Nightwing are also in it.
Venom's host is Mac Gargan.
Would the team succeed in killing Spiderman and Batman or would the team turn on each other?
