Hope that works. Not really to creative on the backstory but hey; when you meet someone you really don't know anything about them. Just know; normal kid who got Fed up and now has telekinses though he kind of sucks at it. He can barely bend a spoon. That's right; he's a wuss.
in the meantime - i am going to full flesh out the rules and limitations of character powers, so that hopefully, we wont have any of the misunderstandings we've had previously..ill be following up on these rules like a nazi, so watch out
1. this is a goddamn SCI-FI rp! there are no mystic psychics, gods, spirits or magic, or any stuff like that..the psychics in this rp are the result of a scientific experiment, not some mystic ancient power blah blah blah crap..
2. THE ONLY psychic power in this rp is TELEKINESIS, and variations thereof -
for example, psyches are physically stronger, faster, more durable than the average human, because they can subconsciously amplify said strength, speed, etc with telekinesis..psyches can also fly using TK..
all psyches are able to create fire, ice and electricity by using TK to manipulate the molecules around them (for example, vibrating molecules at high speeds to create fire)..this is called elemental TK..
3. all psyches can have ONE unique ability if they so choose..however, this ability MUST be related to telekinesis in some way..
the 'unique abilities' thus far are -
jason - advanced TK (better at TK than anyone else)
EL - matter destruction (ripping people apart at a molecular level - think jean grey from Xmen 3)
morgan - technopathy (has an affinity with controlling technology)
regelion - teleport (breaking himself down at a molecular level and travelling at lightspeed towards his destination before reforming himself - for something like that)
hitosu - advanced elemental TK (has greater control over fire, lightning and ice abilities, as well as several other elemental powers such as light)
pintar - mirrors?? (somehow manipulates molecules around light in order to create reflections and such....still dont know how that works...)
kazuka - tactile nulification (can somehow nullify another psyche's powers just by touching them...again, still dont know how that works)
.......in hindsight some of these need serious adjustment, or a very good excuse (looks expectantly at hitosu)
One of the main points I want to clarify is that this, like Mel said is a sci-fi based rp. We all have our powers because of an experiment so there shouldn't be any mystic ancient powers afoot or some sensei giving his power to us through death and stuff like that. Science is why we have these powers not some cliche Japanese/anime reason. There is no ancient dragon inside of you that amplifies your powers none of that.
common psyche techniques
1. tk 'bubble' - forming a ball of compressed air in one hand, a psyche can cause incredible damage with one of these, as they can explode either on impact or by the will of the psyche who created it, and send anything from a person to a large vehicle flying..even the weakest of these 'bubbles' can be enough to crush a normal human to death - they can be manipulated so they can be shot or thrown from the hands, or formed around the body like an armor, or can be used to enhance a psyche's already formidable physical attacks (for example, forming around the arms and legs to cause extra damage in hand2hand combat)
2. TK 'wave' - unleashing their incredible power, a psyche can use TK in the form of 'waves' of all shapes and sizes, which are mainly used to take out multiple opponents..a psyche can execute these wave attacks from all sides, creating a 'repulse' effect that can blast enemies away..
3. TK 'slice' - by fine tuning their TK abilities a psyche can slice object from a distance..these can involve anything from stabbing an object to slicing it to ribbon in a matter of seconds..
