no. for kratos to "throw him around like a rag doll" he would have to get close. that means he would have to fly up to it or swim to it. kratos has never shown fast movement speed so it wont happen. since you said gyarados's skin is harder than steel then he can crush kratos far more easily than colossus did. kratos will be hard pressed to beat one of them. no chance at both no matter how much anybody here wishes. Pokemon have much greater durability than any of the beasts kratos fights.
