Croc has been beaten by the likes of Bane (just metahuman strength) and Harley Quinn. Lizard is stronger than spiderman and he's also pretty fast and agile. I can't see Croc winning, especially for one who relies too much on his strength and ferocity (what little that means to Lizard).
