I believe that the OVA shows that Ryo limits the power of the Inferno Armor which without him both the Black Inferno Armor, and the Inferno Armor both have the capability of destroying the planet.
But I never watched Bleach after Zenpachi and Ichigo first meet. But it would be funny to see how the three Bleach characters survive against an endless barrage of Arrow Shock Waves. Though where the fight takes place also depends on how the fight would go. Any body of water around Cye could get a large boost.

Well I don't think they can just keep tossing out one surekill attack after another. Besides, Ishida's got arrows as well.

Doesn't Ishida's arrows come with the price of his hand? Or did that change? And I was only talking about Rowen spamming. If I recall he's shown to use arrows more than once, and they appear magically he doesn't have any in the quiver on his back. And his Arrow Shock Wave doesn't really take that much time. Iron Rock Crusher, and Flare Up Now take longer, Super Wave Smasher doesn't seem to have a big area of attack, and Thunder Bolt Cut is useless to spam when it's a close up attack for the most part.
Though really the only thing that I recall being done by any of those attacks is...Destructions of a city block or destroying a large building. Though Kento in sub-armor was strong enough to open up the gates, and stop a large van speeding towards Mia with his shoulder. I really don't remember what Arrow Shock Wave has destroyed.....or if they've shown anything that could hurt Ichigo. There best speed feat is moving so fast they were invisible to people....but Ryo saying it'll take them five minutes to get from Chinatown to upper Manhattan.
