I get your point Badabing.
And while I agree Amanda Waller might have a 'slight' reach advantage, Steve Rogers does have some high showings w.r.to damage soak to brute force.
Not sure on the exact issue but I think Cap once rolled with a hulkcross and shrugged it off like it was nothing more than a gentle pat on the back from bucky
