I was generally surprised to see the lack of Swine Flu conspiracy threads on KMC when the disease is under such hot debate.
The Vaccine. I think it's purpose is to benefit the pharmaceutical corporations and get everyone generally sicker. Flu shots in general are pointless because the flu MUTATES at such a high rate that trying to create a universal flu is just sickening in and of itself.
I mean I don't generally trust much of anything that comes from Alex Jones, but he usually does make some interesting points.
The vaccine came at such an odd time, I mean they were predicting the rise to be in September (no shit) when everyone is back in school/work. Also, I've heard rumour that NONE of the vaccine creators have taken it. (if anyone can prove otherwise I'll gladly accept it.)
It seems weird that every so often America/the world needs a new scare to get someone rich, Terrorism, Communists, ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING!
Imagine if they make the vaccine mandatory for all individuals, they overhyped the disease incredibly - it's nothing serious at all, just your standard flu with a few different symptoms, nothing to be this alarmed about.
What an exceptionally odd thing to say. You're willing to believe a rumour for one side of an argument but will only accept the rumour to be untrue if proven to be untrue.
Imagine if that's the way the law worked.
"I heard a rumour you murdered someone so you're going to jail until you can prove the rumour is false"
By lack I meant 'not as many as I assumed there would be.' given the recent hype about it. Well, the human mind wants to believe the radical (at least mine does) so assuming the creators did not take the vaccine would be very interesting indeed, I'll do some research. What's your take?
I think that the idea that there's a conspiracy that the government wants to make people sick and will somehow make money off it is utterly absurd given the fact that if everyone was to go off sick from work then the economy would stop instantly and noone would be making any money what so ever.
The fact that people overlook this basic fact about the way the world works when concocting these ridiculous conspiracies shows how completely stupid they are.
The only conspiracy that is even remotely plausible is that there's more being made of the threat of swine flu than what the reality is. The conspiracy being that the pharaceutical companies will make a lot of money off the back of scaremongering. Then again, the government probably balanced this out from the loss of tax revenue if a certain % did actually get sick and were off work (and so not earning taxable income).
But I'm not really sure of the litamacy of this. Good point you make, well I don't necessarily agree either that the government is out to get people sick, I think they are indeed making it a big deal so people go out and buy all these precautions, vaccines, etc. Also, have you noticed that it's always SOMETHING?
Terrorism, Communism, Swine Flu, Spies, Natural Disasters. I mean it's always something they're trying to hype us all up on. It's just all seeming a bit odd to me.
My Dr. advised me to not get the H1N1. He said he does not feel comfortable with giving them to his patients at this point. He sounded generally concerned about it. He even urged me to tell my family and friends to not get it, yet. When i asked him what it was about the vaccine that he doesn't trust he paused for a while and just continued to do my physical. It wasn't until he was about to leave the room that he said that it's most likely fine but regardless of the research that has been done on the vaccine and the effects he still believes that research is inadequate.
I don't believe in the Swine Flu though.

Interesting, especially if this a true story. And yeah, you don't believe the swine flu exists at all...? Are you saying it's merely the normal flu but... oh dear god.
The government's in a no-win situation though. If they warn you something might happen and nothing does then they're scaremongering. If they don't warn you and something does happen then they're either negligent or in on it (See idiotic 9/11 conspiracies for example).
Meh, sources from the internet are always questionable, but even so, a friend of mine's mother was literally forced to get the vaccine or lose her job, then again she does work as a nurse, it's just, how far are they going to push this disease? And the fact that it was around in 1978 and only appeared in a military base is very odd in and of itself.
And then we go back to if Swine Flu even exists, or if it's merely the normal flu with the government scaremongering everyone into thinking its some super virus.

Much worse than that. The Civil Defense Act actually has a clause that states that any law that contradicts it is suspended during the emergency event.
