It takes less than planetary strength to break free of Thanos forceblock until proven otherwise.

The evidence that he avoids it is the many feats of him avoiding light speed attacks and showing ftl speed reflexes and showing perceptions that makes time stand still.

So you actually didn't read the comic. Thanos never told Thor to hit him again with the hammer. It was the Lightning Thanos wanted again. He was shown being affected by the hammer strike just like all the other times in history Thor struck Thanos.
