Batman VS EddieBrock Venom
I know everyone's going to say Batman, but how? Knockout gas?
In summary, Venom wins. Batman is human, and Venom is a haxxed Spider-Man. Venom even held Superman at bay before in a crossover.

Crossovers aren't canon or at least not this one, he also stopped Flash in one of the issues of that crossover
the only chance Batman has and that's really the only one are sonics but IMO it's doubtful that he will discover that weakness fast enough
