Nerons abstract power? is this becuz he seperated specter from the host? thats his only "abstract lvl" showin iirc and it aint THAT impressive (specters power lvl vary to much)
No his host of other abilities and station as the King of Hell make him Abstract level. Without the help of the Spear of Destiny when has a non Abstract separated the Spectre from its host?
It doesn't really matter. The Spectre couldn't separate from its host on its own power. The fact Neron could do it (even with the Spectre's consent) means that he has power to work directly against God's will.
alrite so what wuz Specters power lvl? like, how much backing from Presence? was it the Specter who got put in a cage by EJ or the Specter who depower mxy?

At his lowest level the Spectre is still above High Herald (and that's his lowest) at his highest he's capable of shattering and piecing back together all of creation and when he merged with the Source he briefly became God.
On average the Spectre is above skyfather level and when bloodlusted he's pretty unstoppable. Emperor Joker rolled over everyone but the Presence probably wasn't backing him fully. It's only my theory (by no means canon) but I think the Presence didn't stop EJ so that Mxy would learn his lesson that he can't dick around and there are consequences for his actions.
