Annihilus w/o Quantum Bands would likely rock Sinestro. Annihilus' Cosmic Rod has never shown any limitation as to the type of energy it could feed on. Power Cosmic, Quantum Energy, Odinpower, etc.

Annihilus 7/10 (mainly cause he sort of jobs, otherwise he'd stomp).
