The impact wouldn't be the problem for a lot of the supers, its the after effects that would be the most destructive. Besides this question sort of relies on all said supers being in the blast radius. If it hits in Mongolia Cyclops survives by virtue of being on the other side of the world.
Plus C you never said Marvel Earth in the OP so Batman is an acceptable answer.
