Hmmm...

Karnilla and Enchantress make for Asgardian double teaming whoopass... (and I think Karnilla edges Dr. Strange, who is more or less comparable to Dr. Fate, with a slight edge on Fate).
Doctor Fate is very powerful, and Zatanna is ranked as one of the most powerful sorceresses in DC (though she probably doesn't have the depth of knowledge that the others involved have...)

This probably depends on location/timing; if the battle is away from Asgard, or Enchantress herself has been away a little while, then I would say about even odds (as Enchantress' powers are a bit more localized than Karnilla's).

If Karnilla and Enchantress have homecourt advantage, or any real prep time, then they win most, at least 7 or 8/10. Though it will still be ugly all around...
