that's one of his biggest advantages against herald types.

surfer would take majority if superman loses his blitz ability...but superman would still win a few out of sheer tenacity.

Even with combat speed, Silver Surfer still destroy Sups 10/10, because of his power set and Sup's weaknesses.

It ends just faster in that scenario.

Surfer destroys Superman regardless of the whole "combat speed" speed thing.

Silver Surfer is magnitudes faster than Superman, maybe even faster than Flash. the only Superman that beats Surfer is Silver Age Superman because he would fly so fast he could break time, Silver Age Superman can go so fast he can break outside the Universe and could pull stuff out of his ass and invent new powers to win
