Miss Martian's weakness towards fire has been shown to be physiological (same as other White Martians- remember the way Protex was taken out?).
Her future self was ignoring that weakness simply by using forcefield that prevented fire from direct contact with her skin. So intangibility>heat vision really (no direct contact with skin), and laser beams=\=true fire.

Miss Martian can phase her fist into his chest, the last time Superman got his molecules phased into the JLA table he almost died

Yeah and heat vision is not "fire" its heat, Superman needs to light something up first before he can make fire. Miss Martain can also phase through heat vision and can also shape shift her body into a super serpent and start dodging Matrix style. She did this to avoid heat vision attacks before

On many occasions Martian Manhunter has demonstrated his ability to phase through Kal's heat vision. It is safe to assume Megan can too.

Superman. Both girls give him a fight, but neither of them, imo, has what it takes to put him down for good if he's up for it.

Plus, he has experience fighting teams, and is a far more tactically gifted fighter.
