In answer. Any herald. All galactus has to do is say... You are now a skyfather..
There's a reason we say heralds have herald level feats and skyfathers have skyfather feats...is because those kinds of feats show they are shown at skyfather level and not a herald....
Case in point: tyrant. A skyfather level being created by galactus for giggles

Surfer Beat Tenebrious and Aegis. Abstract level feat. Thor Cracked open a Celestial. Abstract level Feat. Wonder Woman Blocked the combined might of the Greek Pantheon. Abstract level Feat. Superman beat Dominus. Abstract leve. Etc.
1. Not under his own power
2. Does not prove abstract level feat... Onslaught armor was sai to be celestial level and it got cracked... Wth does that prove. It proves their armor sucks
3. He bracers blocked it, not her
4. Etc
5. Etc
Do you even know what an abstract level get is?
Galactus had a hot dog. Abstract level feat. He's abstract... He ate a hot dog. We all win. Chicago style ftw.

I guess Invisible Woman is an abstract too then, she destroyed Exitar.
Those feats can only be considered "abstract level" if you pay absolutely no attention whatsoever to context. I mean, Surfer's wasn't even under his own power.
