Hulk Vs. Doomsday (with a Catch)
***This is not a head to head battle between Hulk and Doomsday.***
Here are the stipulations:
-Takes place on a composite DC/Marvel Earth with all Earth based characters from both universes present.
-Each character is on a rampage and attempting to destroy all of mankind.
-All high meta tier and up superhumans are removed from the planet (Anyone at Ironman level and up has been removed from Earth by Mephisto). The rest are left to defend Earth by any means necessary.
-Both World's militaries have formed a unified front to stop them.
Which character, Hulk or Doomsday, causes the most death and destruction?
Can the Composite Earth manage to stop either one of these monsters?

even with all the high powers gone, you still have people like, Batman, Mr. Terrific, Mr. Fantastic, Doom, who are smart enough to whip up a super duper robot or some kind of bfr.
Doomsday will destroy most stuff. He's faster that means he is going to reach more targets.
