I know Ultimate Steve has less feats, but he does have some nice ones. How does he do against the Batman Bruce Wayne.

I'd say he fares better since strength wise Ultimate Cap can stagger Hulk with a sucker punch so to speak. I'm not sure if they've ever stated his strength level but sometimes it seems to push close to Class 10 if not higher, especially in the aforementioned Hulk incident.
