Cable and Punisher vs Batman and Nightwing (prep battle..kinda)
Start in opposite ends of hells kitchen, in apartment block safehouses, they have a month to locate eachother and capture/kill. They are briefed on the enemy. Civilians are still around, but unaware of the competition.
They have an unlimited supply of standard gear, levelling the city is not an option, 10 civilian deaths or more is an auto lose.
