They are not Man Lizards but i certainly consider the leadership of the CIA evil.
Therefore the CiA is evil.
Just look at the coup detats and assasination commited by them.

I read George Tenet's biography. He was the head of the CIA during the Clinton years. There are some interesting stories in there.
