she's from one 14 part surfers arc, where the surfer and some other aliens were kidnapping gifted children to preserve the human race after the earths destruction. basically at the end surfer kinda fails and dies plus the earth gets blown up. she erases the whole arch ever happening, so bringing back surfer and everyone else and this is earth 616.
