Most recent issue of Thor has his liver turned to glass. He then spits glass in Malekith's face. Great issue and end to the arc.

Thor vs. Malekith, the greatest sorcerer in the Nine Realms:
(please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image)

- Thor catches Malekith sword.
- Overpowers his blasts.
- Shrugs off having his liver turned into broken glass.
- And takes Malekith with a single lightning charged punch.

It's also revealed Thor can perform pretty powerful magical illusions which is what happened last issue when he "killed" the troll.

That portal was eclipsed the metropolis. I think it may be the biggest he's ever created.
not only can he can just plot the location of the "input" portal to seemingly any galaxy of his choosing but it said he could put it on a star's surface and kill a planet on a whim. how can you dodge ocean(s) sized sun portals?

he took a huge dump on skurge and red shift

Here.

You argue that it's also a bit of durabilty feat from Thor. He didn't the entire tanked the entire blast from ground zero, but took portion of it which was capable of destroy the moon.

Hey could you explain how the hell Thor burned his arm if he can survive in the heart of the sun with no problems at all?

There is two possiabilties

1. It could have been Hellord's dimensions like Surtur's dimension,he claimed that he could wipe out of a galaxy before. It's not pushing that might have done it.

2. It could have been something more powerful then just the core of a star. It could been the core of a supernova, gamma ray burst, a quasar, etc.

It could also just be Reminder just having a lower opinion of Thor compared to other writers, but never been explained where the portal open.

Thor has virtually died to being 1 Astronomical Unit away from a regular nova (not supernova). The core of the Sun should do serious damage to him.

Yet he has walked in the centre of the sun before without issue. Indeed he has gone through a sun before. One low end showing doesn't mean that's it.

I saw it now... BRB was inside a supernova in Annihilation and Thor took a supernova while fighting Drax the destroyer.
