Its difficult to gauge their power but I'd say the GOOs were individually at least Skyfather level and probably stronger.

They're not comic characters. Ever heard of Cthulhu? He's one of them but there's like twenty or thirty that have appeared or been mentioned in books, only about ten of them were Lovecraft's though.
