She is a popular character, but not a popular character to actually use.
Popular amongst people who don't actaully play SSFIV. Nobody uses Juri. That's why Juri players win so easily. You hardly run into Juri players. Thus, you don't know the match up, and then you loose or have a very hard time winnin against transparent tactics.

Knew you meant gameplay wise--tourney wise. Shame because all she needs is a couple of tweaks here and there and she will be good to go. I see her enough online to agree with the others that she IS popular. She just ain't tourney material; although Floe did win a tourney with her in the beginning.
Story wise she is up there. She needs more Vs. matchups
How long have you been playing online? Because I haven't stopped playing since the game came out and I have played against Juri at least 3 more times than I have played against Hakan.

Don't worry, AE comes to consoles in just a few days and I hear Ono trolled about the fact that the character select screen looked dumb with those 2 spaces missin.

Yeah I know about the DLC, but it sucks how Capcom screwed the balance for AE. Guess they are planning yet another version with the proper rebalance *Sigh* God damn it capcom

Honestly, I'm not ready to call AE on balance yet. I've seen my fair share of Yun and Yang stompin. Not sure of what the circumstances were, so I'll just way til everybody gets the chance to play. Plus I love how Koto got buffed, I mained her SSFIV

Yun and Yang...meh haven't played them so I can't talk about them, but they did severely handicap a lot of characters while giving them mostly useless buffs.

Yeah. Arcades still be poppin in certain areas of select cities. You just gotta no where to go. It also helps that my specific arc also doubles as club/bar. (please log in to view the image)
