Team Balder vs Mandarin
AD&D style...
After fighting hundreds of goblins, orcs, demons and more The team of Heroes finally get to the end where they have to fight the evil wizard and his dragon in a inactive volcano.
Ares (Marvel) as the berserker
Hawkeye as the ranger
Wolverine as the dwarf
Balder and horse as the paladin (has powers like hes in Asgard).
Nightcrawler as the elf
Classic Gambit as the thief
Spiral the sorcerer
Mandarin as the evil wizard
Fin Fang Foom as the dragon
No BFR or time manip.
No cheap teleports FTW.
Both sides have prep of 1 day.
Can the hero team finish their quest or die trying?

Balder emerges alone the victor.
Rescues the princess and returns to Valhalla for a much deserved feast.

If this is too much It would be just like Balder out of Asgard.

Balder rolls a natural 20 and critically hits Mandarin. Mandarin doesn't make his saving throw, unfortunately...

I think his rings are to powerful for Balder.

The Mandarin isn't a Wizard, he's a Monk with some items he looted from a dragon's lair that mimic some Druid spells.
