The twist is that Wolverine(adamantium) becomes just as fast as Superman, gets Savage Hulk level strenght, and also gets the ability to fly and breath in space/under water.
While the upgrades stipulated make Logan a threat, they in no way make for any guarantee of majority victory against the likes of Supes. They *do*, however, open the window of possibility. Supes still dominates, but will have wounds to show for it, in a conventional battle -- 8/10 Supes, with a higher scoring if he goes buck-wild on Wolvie. (Note, however, that the enchancements do allow for Logan to get a victory here and there, so it isn't a total stomp). Now, if you added, say, Colossus (or similar) durability, with Wonder Woman's fighting skills/finesse... then he gets an extra win or two, taking the level down to 6/10 for Supes, meaning Supes has a real possibility of things not going his way, though Clark still trumps in versatility.

With superman's speed and reflexes and Hulk's strength Wolverine is gonna cut Superman's head off. Superman's only option is HV, if he tries to go h2h he dies FAST.
