Wrecking Crew: Respect Thread [Remastered]

Introduction:

Unbeknownst to most people the Wrecking Crew are one of the toughest teams around from nearly killing Hercules, and using Thor as a punching bag. As with most villains they are used as canon fodder and lose to people by all rights they shouldn�t. Below you can see why the Wrecking Crew put fear into the eyes of Hercules.

An augmented Wrecking Crew flee to Canada to get away from the US Superhuman Registration Act. Here they come into conflict with Sasquatch who tries to fight them all alone. Interesting to note it seems the Great Beast Tanaraq has powered them up (mentioned in the handbooks) before Sasquatch fought them and then augmented them further later on in the series.

Dr. Eliot Franklin was a brilliant physicist whose greatest claim to fame was inventing a miniature gamma-ray bomb, something that Dr. Robert Bruce Banner (better known as The Hulk) was unable to do at that time. Dr. Franklin was often called "The Black Bruce Banner" because of his genius-level intellect and his scientific knowledge in the field of gamma radiation. Just getting back from being powerless and Wrecker was tossed into a dimension by Loki, he finds himself in Toronto augmented from the dimensional siphon growing stronger with each passing second. Does incredible well, basically anything that threw at him he shrugged off.

Amazing Spider-Man #248 [Vol.1
Thunderball has regained his powers stealing Wrecker's crowbar, giving him a boost in power, which is around Wrecker level [not quite] as he is getting the power from the rest of the Crew, but he doesn't complete the process because Spider-Man steals the crowbar. Anyways, Spider-Man mentions Thunderball has become strong enough to fight in the Hulk's weight class, and TB is only defeated by a plot device.
