Silver Surfer wins. The only other two people who can fly are Superman and Bizarro. Once Surfer takes them out, he can lay waste to the others or just BFR them.

The local pizza delivery boy. The Destroyer wins and easily if Juggs gets BFRed earlier. A long stalemate if it ends with Juggs and The Destroyer although I wouldn't want to be Juggs when those energy bolts hit.
Off topic but I just found out last night that the old The Destroyer books that used to be in every grocery store was about Remo Williams. Bah I missed out.
