Yeah, this is a bit skewed.
PG is physically much more powerful than Ms. Marvel. Now, despite certain showings, I think Barda and She-Hulk are conceptually a good match, but with PG in the equation, this is just spite.
EDIT: A better take might be to pair Barda with Donna Troy; while Donna is a living avatar of Diana, she really doesn't have the raw power that WW has, and Ms. Marvel's powers could give her a run for her money. Donna also doesn't have PG's durability, or upper range of speed.
