Iffa pitches himself forward into the Crawl: Throw yourself down underneath a series of poisonous barbed ropes and combat crawl your way across. Difficulty: Hard, 2 successes
Iffa gets stalled here. Only gathering successes on 6s and showing none, he finds himself stuck trying to make his way past the low-strung ropes.
The Hsrik manages to pull himself up over the edge of the pit this time.

Iffa starts hop hop hopping through the pits, dipping one foot in the first then next foot in the next. He only rolls two successes and trips in one of the pits.
The Hsrik just tramples through with four successes, passing you by and coming to the next obstacle- the Long Jump: Hurl yourself over a stretch of mud to pass this obstacle. Diffuctly: Normal, pass in one roll with 2 successes.

I blame the dice!
Iffa gets up and gets going, reaching the end of the pits and coming to the start of the long jump.
With a mighty heave, the Hsrik throws himself across the line and over the stretch of mud with surprising agility. He tumbles down at the end and comes to the next obstacle, the Balance Beam: Walk quickly along a narrow log, slick with sap. Difficulty: Hard, accumulate 3 successes.
